With 360 Health and Wellness e-consultation, you can visit your doctor virtually from your home, office, or on the move. Our Doctors are board-certified and are available anytime, anywhere 24/7 by phone or secure video to help in the management of non-emergency medical conditions and respond to any queries.
Our clinicians will diagnose your symptoms, refer you to the lab or imaging as needed, prescribe, and send your prescription to your pharmacy of choice. 360H&W e-consultation is not designated to handle emergency or life-threatening conditions. We advise you to dial 911 or proceed to a hospital should you have an emergency.

  3. Pay Via MPESA; Buy Goods and Services with Till number 5151143, Amount:  (Consultation fees)Ksh. 1,000.
  4. Chose preferred time you’d like to speak to the Clinician
  5. We shall send you a notification confirming the booking of your appointment.
  6. Speak to your clinician.
  7. Get a prescription.
Do note:
  • If necessary, a physical appointment with a clinician may be arranged, either on a material day or at a later date;
  • If a client would like to have a home visit, then this can be arranged on the material date or later.
  • You may receive a phone call from the Practice. This is because a face-to-face appointment may not be necessary to resolve your problem;
  • You may be referred directly for investigations or a hospital appointment to further investigate your symptoms;
  • You may be directed to another Health Professional outside the Practice, as they may be best placed to offer the advice or support needed.  This could include local pharmacy support, a minor injuries unit or other services such as physiotherapy;
  • You may be directed towards appropriate self-help advice.
Note: The Practice adheres to a strict confidentiality rule and will protect your privacy at all times. We shall not disclose patient records to a 2nd or 3rd party unless authorized to speak on the patient’s behalf.
